DirListBox and Vert Scrolling vs Horz.

I am implementing a directorylistbox and am getting
a horizontal scrollbar in control. I want vertical.  I don't
see any property that effects this but am probably just
overlooking something?

Weird.  I can't get a horizontal scrollbar on it, but I can get a vertical
one.  Weird.
