There seems to be a bug with SaveToFile with TRichEdit (may also
apply to TMemo since it's all TStrings anyway) -- if you try to
save to file on a full floppy disk (0 bytes available) it writes
a directory entry and then hangs -- no exception is generated,
and it just never returns from the SaveToFile call.

I haven't got a bug list (and access to borland.com is very
flaky from here), so can anyone tell me if this is a known
bug, or should I report it to Borland?
