delphi 3.0 doesn't start completle

Hello,
my delphi IDE doesn't start complete with activated System.ini file by
system boot. but when i disable this file the delphi IDE starts. at
this configuration my whole system doesn't work proper. My question :
which entrys in system.ini must manipulate so that delphi starts
properly ?
