Unable to locate DLL - Entry Point Not Found

We have an activeX program compiled in Delphi.
It uses Crystal Reports for reporting and Wise for installing.

The program installs fine on all WIN 9X, 2000 and ME versions except NT.
When installing to the NT machines (SP1, SP2, ..., SP6) we get the following
two errors
just after pressing FINISH in the last wizard setup screen.

1.Error One
Error Title:   OLE MainThreadWndName: GLJ2.tmp - Unable to locate DLL
Error Msg:   The dynamic link library STToolBx.DLL could not be found in the
specified path

C:TEMP;.;C:\WINNT\System32;C:\WINNT\System;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\System32;C:\WIN
NT.

2. Error Two
Error Title:   OLE MainThreadWndName: GLJ2.tmp - Entry Point Not Found
Error Msg:   The procedure entry point initializedFlatSB could not be
located in the dynamic link library comctl32.dll;

Any help with this issue would be helpfull
Thanks
Marc Fogleman.

Re:Unable to locate DLL - Entry Point Not Found

The 1st one is clear - the named DLL file could not be found on the system
in one of the directories listed. If the file is on the system you can (1)
move it to one of the directories listed or (2) add the directory that it is
in to the path.

The 2nd indicates that the named DLL was found but the entry point could not
be found - this means that the DLL that is present is not the version that
is required. Check the DLL version info on the systems that work against the
DLL version info on the systems that don't work. You should find that they
are different.
