simirr11.zip Deriving IRR from ARR: A Simulation Testbench

Tue 23-Apr-96: I have updated the Turbo Pascal source programs from
Timo Salmi & Ilkka Virtanen (1995). Deriving the Internal Rate of
Return from the Accountant's Rate of Return: A Simulation Testbench.
Proceedings of the University of Vaasa, No. 201, 1995. Even if you
might not be interested in the scientific especially the SIMUTPU.PAS
includes some general routines, input parsing tricks and numerical
analysis iteration that might be of interest to TP users. The update
