Filter on table doesn't work properly.

Filter on table doesn't work properly.

When I apply filter to a table and set FilterOptions=[].
Then I suppose there should be a partial compare of a field. But when I
turn the filter
on I it seems to me that partial compare doesn't work.
Please help me, how to solve this problem?
