MSSQL 6.5 "Query Canceled"

MSSQL 6.5 "Query Canceled"

I have a delphi 2.01 C/S app that displays a message that
says "Query Canceled" there are no errors in the SQL Server
log or in my app log. Why does this occur and how would i trap it?
any help would be apprieciated..
