There are two such animals out there already.
1. EarthTek's VB to Delphi
2. Eagle Research VB2D

Umm, yes, there's one in my latest Zac catalog (1-800-GO-DELPHI).

It's called "Conversion Assistant," from EarthTrek, and it has been reviewed
in various magazines here in the States.
