How to concatenate two images in one ( side by side )

Create another bitmap that is the width of the other two
combined and then bitblt them onto it's cavnas.

I need load two images ( bmp, jpg or TIF ) and save them in just one file.

Ex.: Image1.bmp + image2.bmp = image3.bmp

This images must be side by side but I can't use TIF multipage.
