IdUDPClient timeout doesn't work!

IdUDPClient timeout doesn't work!

Hi,
i have set the Receivetimeout for the idudpclient to 800 ms. The udpclient
does not timeout, i've tested it on a very slow server. No timeout,
connection reset etc. but also no answer!

I'm using Windows XP Professional Editon.
