Turbo De{word81} doesn't work in W95

Turbo De{word81} doesn't work in W95

Hi ,
Im using TPW 1.5. Everything works fine under Windows 95, except for
TDW. I seems to start normally, but then it stops with the error
message: Cant load C:\TPW\TDWIN.DLL. This DLL is in C:\TPW, so why
doesnt it work?
Is there an update? Please reply or send email. Thanks.
