DBGrid - how do I keep a column showing?

I have a grid that contains several fields. As you scroll right, the
user sometimes forgets which client they are looking at. The client's
name is in the leftmost column.

In the clipper world it was column:freeze := 1.

How can I keep that column showing as the user scrolls to the right?
