HELP: Can I upgrade Delphi Std v3.0 to Delphi Pro v4.0

Hello netters,

I could not find a straight answer to this question. I have a Delphi Std
v3.0 and I want to move to Delphi v4.0 Professional Edition. I saw the
price difference between the "Upgrade v4.0 Professional" version and the
normal "v4.0 Professional" edition and it is big. My question is can I
buy the Upgrade Professional Edition if I just have the Delphi 3.0 Std
one?

When i upgraded from Delphi 2 to 3 i went from D2 Desktop (std) to D3
Pro so i assume you can still do it, i think you've got to pay the
cross grade price.
