 I once so somewhere a sliding puzzle game with a graphics and not
numbers in it. If anyone knows of where this is at or how to create
this. Can you please send me the info. I have a few that does it with
numbers but none with graphics.

I have build one for fun at work... ;-)
But I have to say: It's a dirty picture which is in it...
I'm working on a editor so you can make your own with your own picture...

I've got one posted on my site, but it doesn't do pictures.  It's not that hard to modify.  Somebody
sent it back to me a couple years ago with the ability to load pics at run time but I didn't save
it.
