Re:PDX-Tables on CDROM (using the BDE)

I want my Paradox-Table Based Application to run from CDROM and I know that
it is possible.
(Delphi 5)
I use the BDE without any explicit configuration.

On CDROM my application doesnt manage to open the TTable components.

Does anyone know how to configure the BDE to make my PARADOX-Tables
accessable from CDROM.

Is it a problem of BDE-misconfiguration?

Set the Net DIR to some directory on your HDD.
The BDE try to write something in that dir.

You can do that with BDEAdministrator Configuration|Drivers|Native|Paradox.

Hi Steve

Have a look at http://www.lmc-mediaagentur.de/dpool.htm

In the Downloads section, there is a help file called cd.zip, which explains
it in detail.
