Cannot create paradox 7 tables in database desktop

I have version 7.
When I open a table, that I tried to create as version 7, and go to
'info structure' it tells me that version of the table 4.
I can make paradox 5- tables.

What can I do?

versions 4 and 5 of paradox do not have same capabilities with lookups
that version 7 has.

So somebody help me please...

Change the default table level in the Paradox driver in the BDE
Administrator to 7.
