getting back the newsgroup messages

hi,
i am not familiar with the mail function(I am using Outlook express).
I want to get back the messages from the newsgroup(manually), I have tried
download, but I dont know where the messages downloaded to. I want to save
them to a folder of my own.
Please help!!!
