MSSQL 7.0 x MSSQL 6.5 (Inserted, Deleted)

Hi,

I'm working using Delphi and MSSQL 7.0 and I had never used MSSQL 6.5
In MSSQL 7 there are the "Inserted" and "Deleted" tables that are not
present in MSSQL 6.5 What's the similar to that tables in MSSQL 6.5 ?
