I have an application that compiles and runs beautifully on
Windows2000. I tried to test this app on NT4, but it has issues
with the vcl30.dpl package.  I then tried to trace it on NT4
using Delphi 3 (in which it was written), but Delphi refuses to
recognise the toolbar97 component despite uninstalling and
reinstalling the package and components.  Does anybody have any
ideas?
