General SQL error Db-library network communications layer not loaded.

My delphi app who connects to a mssql DB throught BDE, begin to issue that error after my client upgrade his OS to Windows XP. Can anyone help me ?

  When I got this error, I had to replace the file NTWDBLIB.DLL in my system
directory with an older version.  You might try that (but save the version
you've got, if there is one there, just in case that doesn't work for you).
The file may not even be there if you've upgraded the OS, in which case
reinstalling the BDE may be required.
