IIS 2.0 V. 4.0 + ISAPI-DLL + MS SQL 6.5

The problem is:
I have created an ISAPI-Webserver and it works great but sometimes the
IIS-Process was killed.
I must manually restart it, it works fine until the process again was
killed.
What is wrong? Who can help?
