De{*word*81} doesn't work any more

Dear All,

I was working with Borland Pascal for some time, and then uninstalled
another Borland compiler (BC45). The Windows de{*word*81} for Pascal has now
stopped working. A message is issued stating that tdwin.dll cannot be
loaded. However, this file exists in the windows\system directory and is
correct. Can anyone suggest a solution?
