Peer to Peer Windows 95 TCP/IP

Does anyone know how to configure, if it is possible, a Windows 95 PC
to be a Server to another Windows 95 PC via TCP/IP ?  I just want to
send small packaets of text data via TCP/IP between two Windows 95
PC's.

I am using Francois Piette's free TCP/IP socket stuff ?  Can anyone
help ?

Easy ... Just go into control panel ... add the protocol "TCP/IP" for
the ethernet card, and then give the two machines a couple of manual
IP addresses.

If you've got dial up network installed, then ensure that DUN uses the
original IP settings, and not the new ones you've set up for the LAN.
