Maybe someone know if there is a utility that can act like the [+] in
.NET editor. Close function/procedure code and leave the
function/procedure declaration only.

somthing like this:

[+]procedure a;
 |
[-]procedure b;
 | begin
 |     ...
 | end
[+]procedure c;
 |
 -end.

OR

A Macro(or utility) that allow to move the event code in a form to
other unit.

somthing like this maybe:

MACRO OnButtonClick(Sender):Form1GUIEvents.pas
MACRO OnTreeDblClick(Sender):TreeGUIEvents.pas

There is not, but Ctrl+Shift+B (view browser) may offer what you need.
