I'm getting error-msg 'Some Internal Limit' - please help

I'm appending 3500? records from an Oracle-database to a paradox-table.
Before I can finish the job, I keep getting an exception.... goes a little
like this:

'Some internal limit (see context). Table: c:\...\*.MB'

What can be the problem (and what do I have to do to get around it)?

This is a known bug in the BDE 5.0 version that came with Delphi 4.
There is a more recent version of BDE on borland.com that fixes this.
