How do I send bug reports to Inprise?!!!

Hi
My company has been using BCB for many years now, and when ever we discover
a bug/feature in BCB abnd want to give some feedback to Inprise we can't
really seem to contact them. All emails have gone unanswered (can't remember
all the different ones we have tried, and navigating their site for bug
report feedback is a nightmare).
I'm getting sick of this, and I'm at the point of allowing the VS.NET
fanatics in the company to make .NET a company standard.
They *must* have somewhere costumers can give proffesional reproducable bug
reports? Anyone?

I am too interested about sending bug reports,

If somebody knows where bugs can be sent I would be happy to send many
bug reports. These bugs have been wasting my and my collegues time way
too long.
Seems that same bugs that I have found in bcb4 are still in cbc6.
Seems that they are not aware of the bugs or just don't care about
them,
they are making money selling new buggy versions instead fixing the
old ones first.
