BC++ 3.0 IDE standalone

Sometime around 1994, I recall an offerring from Borland for their (then BC++ 3.1) IDE on a standalone basis. I am currently engaged in a large development effort in a text-based interpreter. If I could locate legacy copies of that program, they might prove extremely useful.
I don't even recall the name of the product, which might prove very helpful in my search. All I recall was a four color glossy (single page brochure) advertizing the product that was sent me through the mail. I never saw it mentioned again, although Michael Geraine (sp) at Borland recalls a similar offerring.
He suggested I ask here for any further details on the product anyone might recall which would help me track it down.
Also, I recall in 2000 someone attempting to clone the BC 3.1 IDE for use under unix (Gnu's gcc). As that was an open-source effort, I might be able to recompile the source for DOS/Win without too much tweaking.

I think you are talking about Borland C++ 3.1 whose IDE worked
under DOS. If you are specifically looking for this version I
guess you can get it by searching google for "Borland C++ 3.1"
