Nexus Database Systems is happy to announce new support plans. These paid
support plans are designed for companies and enterprises with the need of
guaranteed support within fixed time limits, and to back developers for
their own service level agreements with their clients.
If your clients demand such service level agreements with you, you will now
be able to choose a Delphi-based database engine with corporate support
plans, ensuring peace of mind.
There are three levels of support, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with
increasing number of allowed incidents, and decreasing guaranteed response
time. Depending on the plan chosen, source snapshots will be provided if a
hotfix is required for problem resolution.
