How to install Paradox drive on BDS2006?

I use InstallShield Express and checked the option ''Configure the Target
System - ODBC Resoruces' "Microsoft Paradox Driver (*.db)",
and Install program on PC, when runing, show a error message 'An error
occurred, while attemption to initialize the Borland Database Engine (error
$2108)
Please Help.
