BDS2006 won't load Project on Machine with CG2007

I'm attempting to load a bds2006 proj [using bds200]...I get the following
msg
"Personality CPlusPlusBuilder.Personality is required to load project and is
not loaded.Project not loaded."..
It does this on any load of a BDS2006 proj. CG2007 C++ is istalled and
probably has visited all those directories where the projects are located.
Is there some cleanup I need to do??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!
