Hunting for Turbo Vision

I realize this must seem a little dated, but does anyone out here know where
I can get a working or compilable Turbo Vision Class library? I tried to DL
from
Borland's site, but the DL is incomplete and won't compile; I have tried
various ports, but success has been eluding me. HELP!

Check tvision.sourceforge.net/
The current version work BC, MinGW, DJGPP.
I used a lot time ago, even the linux version.
