SecureBlackbox 4.1 beta (VCL and .NET editions) is available for download.

SecureBlackbox 4.1 includes new package, PDFBlackbox (see details on
www.eldos.com/sbb/desc-pdf.php).
PDFBlackbox can be used for signing, encrypting and compressing PDF
documents. Unlike other PDF components, PDFBlackbox provides both
symmetric
and certificate-based (X.509) encryption and signing. PDFBlackbox
processes
PDF files, so you can use any PDF generator for creation of your
documents,
and then use PDFBlackbox to compress, sign or encrypt them.
