idTCPServer DefaultPort bug?

Hi,
I'm using BDS2006 (Indy9) and tried to alter the DefaultPort property
during runtime.
Even after setting the Active property to false and true again, the
port remains the same (old) portnumber. Is this an Indy9 bug or am I
doing something wrong?
