can't use the incremental linker

hello,

i'm at the beginning of working with the c++builder1 and when ever i
choose the option "Use the incremental linker" (options|project or
options|environment) i get the fatal error: 'failed to create the map
file d:\path\projectname.ild (error code 0)'
who knows the reason for this??

hi,

i don't know what has caused this error, but i got how to solve this
problem. i simply pass the option -deflink to the bcb.exe.
