where to find proxies.pas in BDS2006?

where to find proxies.pas in BDS2006?

Hi everyone,
i wanna use the proxies.dcu in my project.but,it cann't find this file
in BDS2006.there only a proxies.hpp in the path:C:\Program
Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\include\vcl
what should i do? any idea?
