I have seen similar problems on the newsgroup (with no answers). But
anyway, I registered a do-nothing dll using C++Builder, but when I try
and call the class using CreateComObject in Delphi 3 Standard, I get
an error message saying that the class is not registered. I used the
type library in C++ builder. I registered both the DLL and the Class,
and havent the slightest idea how to attack the problem. I was hoping
someone with some experience could tell me what to do.

A completely do-nothing ActiveX object under BCB3 doesn't actually
bother registering. Do you _have_ any interfaces?

It wasnt a completely do-nothing ActiveX, it added two numbers
together in a method on the object.
