Adding Delphi Personality to BCB 2007

I have BCB2007. I'd like to add the Delphi personality. This is mostly
so that I can install and run sample Pascal projects so I can learn what
some of the features of 3rd party controls do.
I see that BCB 2007 installs as RAD Studio. Does this mean that I can
purchase the Delphi personality separately? Do I need to purchase the
whole RAD Studio as a unit? If so, are there any other advantages? I
had hoped this would have been answered on the sales pages.
Thanks for any advice.

The C++ Personality is just one piece of the full studio. It's
probably most cost effective to buy the upgrade to the full RAD studio.
