BCB5 De{*word*81} Doesn't Work!!

Can anyone please tell me how to get the BCB5 de{*word*81} to work again? I've
posted this same problem previously, and I submitted a bug report to Borland
over a week ago. I used to be able to close and reopen the project to get
the de{*word*81} to work again. Now it won't work at all. I've tried deleting
all of the compiler generated files, but still no luck.

A possible answer to this problem: it might be related to the final output
dir (project options, directories). I had it specified as "..\bin". After
reselecting this path using the ... button, which changed it to an absolute
path (not desirable), the de{*word*81} has started working again.
