Im working on a source that should take a large BMP file and make an array
of TPicture components that show "pieces" of that large BMP. I know how to
"split" a Windows Bitmap in parts, but how can I put those new HBITMAP's
into a TPicture component, so that I can manipulate it as if it was that?
