Forward and reverse engineering with UML tool for BCB/Kylix C++

I'm after suggestions/opinions and experiences to be shared on which UML
tool to use for forward and reverse engineering for development and analysis
of BCB and Kylix C++ ?

Together has done this for many years - and now it's owned by Borland.
However, it's quite expensive and written in Java...you need lots of memory
etc.

WinA&D and WinTranslator support code generation and reengineering,
respectively, for Borland's C++ and Object Pascal tools (C++Builder and
Delphi for Windows and Kylix/Kylix C++ for Linux).
WinA&D is a comprehensive modeling tool that supports code generation
for these and other languages. WinTranslator is a reengineering tool
that scans source code and outputs a text file of design information
thats imported into WinA&D to auto-generate design diagrams.
Other forms of code generation/reengineering that are supported include:
Structure Charts <--->C, Pascal, Basic, Fortran
Class Models <--->C++, Java, Delphi (Ada coming in 2004)
Data Models <--->SQL (all major RDBMS dialects)
