Is it possible to change the system default font ??

And Happy New Year
Is it possible to change the system default font ?
I am thinking about the Ms Sans Serif size 8 which is there
if You dont specify a font when creating a new window.
I think it must be possible, I do that because when I install
the Powertoys ClearFont it is effected, but it is not effected
by the standard font smothing.
Anybody know how to change it ??
