Proxies.Dcu?

I'm trying to install a third party component suite and because my BDS
installation refuses to open the provided .bpdsproj (it just ignores
me) I'm manually rebuilding it.
The compiler is now complaining that it can't find proxies.dcu. My BDS
installation only has proxies.hpp. Any thoughts?
