This is a German text, and when translated with IE->Translate into
English:
Borland = Boron Land
Opera on the other hand has a fine translation...

In my team we just bought 4 copies of Delphi2006 Pro (arrived on Thursday!), while most of us
also intend to use the C++ personality extensively.

BTW I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you again for your big efforts in the "grass
roots" campaign to revive C++Builder!
Yes, but I had a large project underway on the holidays, so there was no need to rush. Now I will
have a box with update1 pre-installed.

I just an email that my version of BCB2006 Ent /no SA (USA) that was
ordered Oct 17, 2005 has just been shipped.

It's about time.
Note that BCB2006 is shipping later than the other BDS products as it
will contain the patched 'final' product, which Delphi/C# customers
must download separately.
I believe some customers changed their orders to Delphi 2006 in order
to get access to the preview.

Final BCB2006 boxes are now shipping to UK addresses from Ireland.
Borland UK are having to order some in from Ireland (~5 days) before
they will be shipped out. it seems that if you ordered on line, they
come straight from Ireland and if you ordered from Borland UK by phone
you're in for a slightly longer wait.

I hope the product meets your expectations, otherwise this NG will definitely
hear your rants again! I think we prefer to hear music and praise. The
alternative is too unbearable...

Rants or no rants, but the bugs are still annoying. Just tried to compile some
of the libraries that were under VC7.1 and gcc development for the last couple
years and what do I see? - F1004 Internal compiler error at 0x519e53a with base
0x5160000 in two files. Here we go again ...

Re:Re: C++Builder 2006 Shipping!

If these are BDS2006 bugs *Please* report them on QC
so that Borland can know about them and get them
fixed. I have been very impressed with Borlands response
with this version - Borland people coming to the NGs etc.
so I think that if you can give an example of the code
that causes the error then it could get fixed.
