a) Fixed a bug with US Long Date Format processing
b) Fixed a bug in TimeZone Routines
c) UIUsage added to Complex Edits, Date/Time Compound Edits and Fraction
Edits.
d) Added Trimmed Mean Routines as well as some more Probability
Distribution routines.
