When I was on an internet cafe, I've notice that the charging information
(minutes left) displayed on the systray in a "Beveled" panel and inside it
the minutes left (numbers). It wasn't a simple icon, it was 3 times bigger.
It is a known way, a document or component that allows you to "draw"
information into the systray?

True. Something else?
I don't think there is anything cause technology is quite complex and
amount of time to make such thing is really significant.
