TADOConnection problem.

I tried to test my ADOConnection after setting the OLE DB Provider to Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE DB Provider and specifying the Access database file.
It gives me back an error message saying: "Test connection failed because of a error in initializing provider. Can't start your application. The workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user."
Does anyone have some idea? Thanks.
