IPX Component

Anyone know where I can get an IPX component? I have to creat an app that
will talk to a legacy VXWorks instrument that uses a broadcast "IPX" type
protocol. I am not up on all of the specs yet, but it looks like the
ClientSocket and PowerSock will not work or I am notimplementing them
properly.
