distributing apps with Indy

I just made a program using Indy 9 with BCB 6 Pro, but when I let my
roommate download it and run it from his computer, he had trouble using
it to download. When the program has to download something (using the
HTTP component) it locks up his computer. I have unchecked "Build with
runtime packages" and "Use dynamic RTL", but is there anything else I
need to do to distribute my program so that it works correctly?
