I find that the height and width of my main form are locked in the IDE -
I can't change the size with the mouse or the object inspector. If I
did this a few years ago I can't remember what I did and can't see how
to undo it.

This morning I deleted the .res and .tdf files one at a time. Forcing
the IDE to recreate the .tds file did it. It's Borland's version of
