TNMPOP3 don't let my app exit by win shutdown

I make an app with empty form (without any VCL). If run it and than shutdown
computer, app exiting and computer power off. But when I drop the TNMPOP3 on
the form, windows can't close my app during the shutdown process.

I am use BCB4 and WinNT4 ( under Win98 this problem not appear).

Is this TNMPOP3 bug?

TNMPOP3 (and the other NetMasters components) are full of bugs.  Try using a
different component (Indy is very good, http://www.nevrona.com/indy)

I think that isn't a bug,  the motivation is that you hav to buy the
full-version of netmasters components.
a long time ago I write a little program with TNMPOP3 to check my mail-account.
I solve this problem by writing a small 'kill-process' that close the
mailprogram on win-shutdown.

if you want, mail my directly and i send you the source-code.
